For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

These Terms & Conditions, together with tot80's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tot80. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms.

If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms. tot80 will treat your actions as acceptance by that party.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and tot80 relating to the Platform, whether written or oral.

To be eligible to register and use the tot80 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously thereafter:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party in creating the Account.
5. You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed by tot80 for a breach of these Terms.
6. You are not a tot80 employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of the foregoing.

tot80 reserves the right to decline account applications or close existing accounts if eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. tot80 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any specific jurisdiction outside of the Platform's licensed territory.

To use the full features of the tot80 Platform, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including a valid email address, your full legal name, date of birth, and a secure password.

Each individual may hold only one Account on tot80 at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited. tot80 uses technical and manual verification to detect duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify tot80 immediately by contacting our support team.

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and subsequently is accurate and up to date. tot80 may request updated information at any time. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

tot80 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. The KYC process is a standard regulatory requirement across internationally licensed gaming platforms.

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Indonesian KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk — national identity card, passport, or SIM driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement (from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or equivalent), or official correspondence dated within 3 months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where applicable, a copy of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, sufficient to confirm ownership.

tot80 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

Failure to provide required KYC documentation within 30 days of request will result in Account suspension. If fraud or identity misrepresentation is detected, the Account will be permanently closed and all funds may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

tot80 accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Methods: Visa, Mastercard (where available).

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000, subject to account status and verification tier. Deposits are credited to your Account balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed by the payment network. During Indonesian banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB), most bank transfers are credited within 5 minutes. Off-peak transfers may take up to 30 minutes. tot80 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, subject to anti-money-laundering review thresholds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Average withdrawal processing time for fully verified accounts is 5 minutes during business hours; transfers initiated after 22:00 WIB may settle the following banking day.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must: (i) have completed KYC verification; (ii) have placed at least one qualifying bet equal to the deposited amount; and (iii) have no outstanding bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance.

All Account balances are maintained in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tot80 does not guarantee exchange rates for any converted amounts and is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

tot80 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentives to eligible members. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be opted into actively by the User — tot80 will not apply bonuses to deposits without explicit consent.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Users on their first qualifying deposit only.
• The default wagering requirement on tot80 bonuses is 30× the bonus amount, unless the specific promotional terms specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account balance.
• Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: most slots contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute 10%; some specialty games contribute 0%. The contribution table for each promotion is published on the relevant promotional page.
• Bonus winnings that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per single bonus activation may be subject to maximum cashout limits as specified in individual promotional terms.
• tot80 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time, including bonuses already in progress, where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, low-risk hedging bets, or coordinated multi-player bonus exploitation — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent Account closure.

All bets placed on tot80 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform.

tot80 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets from Users identified as professional gamblers, arbitrage bettors, or consistent winners whose betting patterns are deemed unsustainable for the Platform's risk management model. Where a bet cannot be accepted, the stake will be returned immediately to the User's Account balance.

In the event of a manifest error in odds, game data, or bet confirmation — including but not limited to data feed failures, incorrect pricing, or software bugs — tot80 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. tot80 is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.

In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data. tot80 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets. Bets submitted after an event has concluded — even if accepted by the system due to a data delay — will be voided.

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to win for the bet to return a payout. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match postponement), the bet is recalculated excluding the voided leg(s) and settled at the revised combined odds.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the tot80 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of a third party without authorization.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access the Platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, cheating, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or games for financial gain.
• Selling, transferring, or pledging your Account or Account balance to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a sub-agency or pool betting service.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tot80 staff or other Platform users.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where tot80 does not hold a valid licence, where doing so would violate local law.

Breach of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonuses, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the tot80 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, odds data, and the Platform's overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of tot80 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from tot80.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• tot80 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• tot80 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• tot80's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• tot80 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
• tot80 is not liable for any losses arising from telecommunication network failures, power outages, acts of third-party service providers, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits tot80's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

tot80 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be used as a source of income or to resolve financial difficulties.

As a condition of using the Platform, you acknowledge that: (i) you are using the Platform solely for personal entertainment; (ii) you will only gamble with funds you can afford to lose; and (iii) you will not attempt to recover gambling losses by placing further bets.

tot80 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration reminders to manage your playtime.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result.

tot80 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass the KYC verification process.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy; account balances above Rp 50.000 will be held for 24 months before forfeiture, subject to applicable law).
• At your own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon Account closure, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances in closed accounts that were not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting tot80 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and the resulting balance returned or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

tot80 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tot80 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice by posting an update notification on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page. The version number is incremented for any substantive change to Users' rights or obligations.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tot80 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and tot80, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of account and betting disputes are resolved within 5 business days through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, it may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by tot80's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided upon request.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
